1. Digital Product Nature

All ebooks sold on Catlogx are delivered instantly in digital format.  

Once purchased, customers receive immediate access to the downloadable files.

Because of this, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the ebook has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You purchased the ebook by mistake and have not downloaded or accessed the file.

  • You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the ebook, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

  • The ebook file is corrupted or incomplete, and a working replacement cannot be provided.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You expected a different type of content

  • You purchased the wrong ebook but already downloaded it

  • You claim the content did not meet your expectations

  • You downloaded the ebook successfully

  • You misused or shared the digital file
